Policies and Procedures
- Every swimmer must submit a completed registration form.
- Any changes to personal information eg. Address, Phone Numbers etc. must be emailed directly to rossini@zoomswim.com
- All lessons are to be directly confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled through the coach.
- Lessons will not be conducted on Stat Holidays.*
Payment
- Learn-to-swim lessons are charged on a monthly basis; class packs are available.
- Private lesson are charged on adhoc basis, determined by the number of enrolled lessons.
- Team Club Membership fees are charged on a monthly-basis.
- Payment must be made before start of session/camp/clinic.
- For Cheque payment, payable to ‘Rossini Francisco’.

Cancellation
- Lesson canceled due to Bad Weather or Sickness will not be charged*. Every effort will be made to reschedule within the month. If due to unavoidable circumstances rescheduling cannot be arranged, the paid lesson will be carried over into the following month.*
- 48 hours notice is required if the lessons to be cancelled by the swimmer. Flexibility will be given for the cancellations due to sickness.
No Shows
- Failure to notify the instructor of cancellation will be treated as NO SHOW and will be charged at the full rate. Communication between swimmer and coach is essential.
Sickness
- Swimmers unable to attend lesson due to sickness, must notify their coach directly via text or phone call to ensure that charges are not incurred.
Bad Weather
- In the event of heay rain and/or thunder and lightning and resulting in cancllation, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson*. Communication between swimmer and coach is essential.
Holidays
- Please provide the necessary dates in advance to the coach. Failure to supply this information will be acknowledged as NO SHOW and will be charged accordingly.
*Not applicable for squad trainings and swim camps/clinics.
Our ultimate intent is for all parties to communicate openly with each other.
The decision to join Zoom Swim is voluntary, and all members must abide by the policies and rules in order to continue participating in our program. At any time, and for any reason, a voluntary member can choose to leave the program. Likewise, Zoom Swim can ask a voluntary member to leave the program if the voluntary member does not comply with the policies and procedures. However, training fees are not refundable.
We hope to a healthy and constructive environment for your child to learn and grow as student-athlete, not solely as swimmers.
