Rossini (or Coach Sinie) pursued his career as a swim coach in The Philippines, Singapore, and currently Canada. He has been involved in training from age group to masters and coached state and national record holders from multiple countries and a world record holder Masters swimmer and a gold medalist at the World Masters Swimming Championships.
 
As a registered and certified American Swimming Coach (ASCA), National Coaching Certification Programme, and World Swimming Coach Association (WSCA), Coach Sinie is also a SwimAmerica Program Director and a Certified Strength & Conditioning and Rehab Trainer. His extensive experience as a swimmer and coach has assisted high-level training and swimming camps in well-known swimming clubs and universities.

Since 2017, Coach Sinie has been running his own squad program through Zoom Swim team in Singapore, and now in Ontario, Canada.
 
His training idea is based on Total Quality Meters (TQM) and strategies. With his holistic approach to the sport, he adapts and focuses on movement patterns, awareness, and functionality through both water and land.
